Do yours actually need to come out?

The procedure, honestly
Under local anesthesia you feel pressure but not pain. A simple erupted wisdom tooth extraction takes minutes (THB 1,200–1,500 like any extraction). An impacted tooth requires a small gum incision and sectioning of the tooth — 20–45 minutes, THB 3,500–6,000 per our official fees.
Recovery timeline
Expect swelling to peak around 48 hours, manageable with cold compresses and prescribed painkillers. Eat soft food for 3–5 days, avoid straws and smoking (both dislodge the healing clot), and rinse gently with salt water from day two. Most patients are comfortable within a week.
